Exchange Period

If you wish to exchange an item, requests may be made within:
10 days from the delivery date, subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Cases

Returns cannot be accepted if:

  • The item shows customer-caused damage or misuse

  • Parts are missing or packaging is not intact

  • The request is made outside the allowed timeframe

How to Start a Return

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if the product is damaged or defective)

Refund Time
